“What would we do without Middlewoman! 8pm at night, 3 year old daughter overfills the bath upstairs in our terrace house. Water gushes out of light fittings into the kitchen downstairs. Disaster! What to do? Phone Middlewoman! She calmly talks us through it, works out what needs to be done and has one of her electricians get in touch immediately. That's service! Further down the track she organises for the tiles in the said bathroom be re-siliconed.
