Sarah Wood
My main focus is making sure that the clients get the best possible service.

I developed “Middlewoman” as sole trader in 2002 to try to provide a service to people who were busy or didn’t know where to get good /reliable services to keep there homes functioning.

I combined BA Sociology, Certificate in Art Photography, Certificate 111 in Professional Photography and doing my own owner builder project with my experience as Manager and Educator in the Medical world. After 10yrs of developing contacts and getting to understand what people want. I am now the sole director of The Middlewoman Services Pty Ltd with a Builders Licence (no:215841C.).

I have two wonderful son’s now 16 and 17yrs who now call me ‘middlewoman’ when I don’t respond to Mum!

Glenn – Builder and Carpenter/Joiner
Is a licenced Builder and Carpenter since 1981 and was a self employed carpenter/ builder for 9yrs. He has had a long career in large and small construction companies as a Senior Contracts Administrator. Is the employed as the Builder/supervisor by The Middlewoman Services bringing 35 years of experience.

His as role as Supervising Builder and Project Manager which allows his focus to ensure all work is done to the highest professional standard in a co-coordinated and cost efficient manner. He has 4 children 19, 20, 21, 23yrs and loves sailing.

Steve - Builder and Carpenter/Joiner
Trained as a Carpenter/joiner in 1973-76. Qualified as Licenced Builder 1980. In 1990 he qualified as building and construction estimator. He works with Glenn to quote on projects. He has always been working in residential building and has specialised in alterations and additions.

Steve is passionate about building loves seeing the client’s dreams become a reality. He likes to work on site doing the carpentry and coordinating other trades. Believe it or not he worked under Glenn’s dad as a young carpenter on Building projects in the late 70’s. He has 3 children 21 yr twins and a 24yr.

And a whole bunch of great people from cleaners to Engineers who we like to work with.
